All items are sent via Royal Mail, using their 2nd class, Signed For delivery service, unless otherwise stated in the individual listing (some larger items may be sent by DPD or Yodel).
All items are posted within three workings day (please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not included).
Royal Mail indicates that this service should deliver 3-10 days after dispatch but Chockabilly cannot be held accountable for delivery times. Proof of postage is always retained and tracking numbers are sent within the dispatch email.
International orders are normally by RM Tracked and Signed. Drop email@example.com an email for a postage quote. Please note, we are unable to reserve items and no order is confirmed until payment has been received.
We hope your purchase is perfect but sometimes that isn't going to be the case because we are all different.
We always include measurements to help you get the best fit but sometimes, you just won't dig it still. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, to Chockabilly Returns, 48 Hayden Avenue, Finedon, Northants, NN9 5ET.
Returned items must be in the same condition it was sent- free of odours, hairs and damage, with original tags.
Postage costs are not refundable unless item is faulty.
Returns lost in transit via the courier are not the responsibility of Chockabilly. Please get in touch first.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges but once returned, we will refund within 2 working days, leaving you free to re-purchase.
On the return to Chockabilly of orders not received and unclaimed from the Post Office, Chockabilly will not refund unless contact is made by the purchaser within two weeks of said return. In which case, the postage charge will not be refunded and Chockabilly reserves the right to also withhold a re-stocking fee to cover the costs of re-listing the stock.
All and any refunds will be made to the original payment source. We are unable to refund in any other way!
We all make mistakes but it's how we deal with them that matters! Should you order the wrong item, enter the wrong address or simply change your mind, please get in touch as quickly as possible. Right up until we hand your parcel over, we are happy to cancel your order and process you a full refund.
Unfortunately, once your parcel has been sent, we are unable to cancel and you will need to do a Return instead.
Should we do something wrong, please get in touch and we will do all that is humanly possible to rectify the matter.
