Handmade (not by Chockabilly!) skirt in a lovely nlue and pink 'button' fabric.
Fitted waistband in matching fabric.
Full circle skirt pictured here with a petticoat (not included) but would look lovely without too. 
Side zip fastening.
No material composition label but feels like cotton.
No size label. I recommend for a size 20
Waist- 37". Hips- Free. Length- 26".
Preloved but in good condition. This is a handmade piece with some signs. The zip doesn't not reach the top and may benefit from either being replace or a button or hook being added. The pink stitching around the bottom hem and zip has some wonky charm in places. Although it is perfectly wearable as it is, a new owner may prefer to re-work it.
