97% cotton and 3% elastane with a 90% polyester and 10% elastane lining.
Marked a size XL- 16. A little on the small side and I recommend it as a better fit for a 14.
Bust- 39". Waist- 32". Hips- 41". Length from underarm- 29".
Preloved but in very good condition.
